Gay in the Burbs

Pride is coming up fast and furious, and so are the parties. There's lots to check out, but here's one that might have gone under your gaydar, so I felt the need to mention it. Tonight out in New Westminster is "An Alternative Night At The Met." Head on down to the Met Bar and Grill in New West, from 7pm to 1am, for a great way to start off your Pride festivities!

"Please come out and support our night. There is nowhere for people living alternative lifestyles outside the city so we are doing another GLBT and friendly event. come down and support our organization. enjoy good music and have some drinks. there is no cover at this event. there is a dj for this event. we are raising money for New Westminster Pride Society, Surrey Pride Society and EPAMA."
