Adding to the baked goods culinary scene of Vancouver is one of my favourite places to order from, Bake Sale! This local enterprise has been dishing out treats and goodies for the past few years now, and does everything from cupcakes and whoopie pies to fantastic wedding cakes and Barbie-inspired birthday cakes. I once requested the Australian dessert Lamingtons from Bake Sale (seriously these things don't exist in Vancouver except at ONE storefront bakery, and those ones were meh). So even though lamingtons were't on the menu, Bake Sale totally delivered! AND they were delicious! (Though apparently a LOT of work to make!)
Speaking of delivery, yes Bake Sale delivers too! If you've got an office party to cater, a wedding to throw, or maybe you're planning for a late night gorge-fest (right!?), make the arrangements and as long as it's within reason, these special treats will be delivered right to you! (And for those outside of Vancouver, there are some things you can even get shipped!)
Bake Sale likes to keep things fresh, changing up their menu along with the season. Just in time for St. Patrick's Day and CelticFest, Bake Sale is churning out these wonderful Guinness chocolate cupcakes with Irish Cream frosting. Fun!!
